Section 10(2) in Kerala Habitual Offenders Act, 1960
(2)The Government shall, after considering the representation and giving the aggrieved person an opportunity of being heard, either confirm or cancel the registration, re-registration, extension or order, as the case may be, and shall, in the case of confirmation, record a brief statement of the reasons therefor.
