- Every substance specified in Schedules C and C(1) intended for sale shall conform with the standards of strength, quality and purity specified in these rules and in Schedule F or F(I), as the case may be, and the tests for determining such conformity shall be applied to samples taken from the final product after every manufacturing process has been completed.
