Section 13(2)(c) in Rice-Milling Industry (Regulation) Act, 1958

(c)contravenes any rule the contravention of which is made punishable under this sub- section he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a tern which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees, or with both.
