Section 48 in The Goa Command Area Development Act, 1997
48. Recovery of dues as arrears of land revenue.
- Whenever any sum due to be paid by any land-holder has not been paid within the time specified for such payment, it shall be recoverable with interest at such rates as may be prescribed in the same manner as arrears of land revenue under the law for the time being in force.
