Mr. Sarkar, learned advocate appearing for the appellants submits that the writ petition is being finally heard by the learned single Judge and the next date of hearing has been fixed on 23rd June, 2023.
Mr. Prasad, learned advocate appearing for the Provident Fund Authorities submits that the appeal may be taken up for final hearing.
Since the learned single Judge has taken up the writ petition for final hearing and the next date has been fixed on 23rd June, 2023, list the matter for further consideration in the daily supplementary list of this Court on 3rd July, 2023.
