Section 48(1) in St Xavier's University, Kolkata Act, 2016
(1)The budget of the University showing the receipt and payments of different accounts and expenditure on account of salaries and allowances of all the employees including their retirement benefits of the employees of the University shall be submitted to the Governing Board at least three months before the end of the financial year.
