Section 19(1)(h) in Himachal Pradesh Specified Essential Commodities (Regulation of Distribution) Order, 2019

(h)require the owner, occupier or the person in charge of any place, premises, vehicle or vessel or animal in which he has a reason to believe that any contravention of the provisions of this order has been or is being or is about to be made, to produce any books of accounts or documents showing transactions relating to such contravention; and
