Section 89(2) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(2)Test methods shall be specified by these regulations for the materials or design or construction in question. If there are no appropriate test methods specified in these regulations the Authority shall determine the test procedure. For method of tests for building materials reference may be made to relevant Indian Standards as given in the national Building Code of India, 1983 published by the Indian Standards Instruction.
