28. Procedure for conducting the poll.
(1)The Presiding Officer shall so regulate the entry into the polling station that the polling proceeds in an orderly manner.(2)All voters who appear between the hours fixed for the poll within the polling station area shall be allowed to vote.(3)No voter shall be admitted inside the polling station area after the time fixed for closing the polling.
