Section 77 in The Jaipur Development Authority Act, 1982
77. Power of the Authority as to legal matters.
- The Authority may,-(a)institute, defend or withdraw from any legal proceeding;(b)compound any offence against this Act; and(c)admit, compromise or withdraw any claim made in any legal proceeding or otherwise:Provided that no withdrawal from prosecution for an offence under this Act shall be made except with the permission of the Court.
