Section 111 in The M.P. Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1972
111. Spittoon.-
The cinema shall be provided to the satisfaction of the licensing authority with a sufficient number of spittoons in suitable places for the use of the public. The spittoons shall contain a strong disinfectant and shall be emptied from time to time. Notice for using such spittoons shall be displayed in prominent parts of the cinema.
