- The Shia Wakfs Committee shall have seven members, one of whom shall be a Shia member of the Board and two shall be nominated by the Board from Shia Muslims of Delhi and four will be Presidents or their nominees of the Registered Shia Anjumans of Delhi that were managing wakf properties at the time of the coming into force of the Act. This shall be elected yearly.
