16. Rules of procedure.
- The rules of procedure and conduct of business of the Legislative Assembly of the existing Union territory, as in force immediately before the appointed day shall, until rules are made under clause (1) of article 208, be the rules of procedure and conduct of business of the provisional Legislative Assembly referred to in section 13; subject to such modification and adaptations as may be made therein by the Speaker thereof.
