Section 17(1) in Chhattisgarh District Mineral Foundation Trust Rules, 2015
(1)There shall be a State Level Monitoring Committee under the Chairmanship of the Chief Minister to lay down the broad policy framework to guide the overall functioning of the Trusts of all districts.
