Section 20(1) in The M.P. Dakaiti Aur Vyapharan Prabhavit Kshetra Adhiniyam, 1981
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or any officer of the State Government for any thing done or intended to be done in good faith in pursuance of this Act or the rules made thereunder.
