Section 9(2)(c) in Bihar Vigilance Investigation Cadre Rules, 2012

(c)The minimum educational qualification for direct recruitment shall be graduate. The minimum age limit shall be 21 years and the maximum age limit be such as it may be determined by the General Administrative Department from time to time.
