Section 64(3)(a) in Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers' Rights Rules, 2003

(a)The Registrar shall advertise the application for alteration in denomination in the Gazette or a journal or a daily newspaper and shall also advertise the nature of the proposed alteration in the denomination therein.
