Section 38(2) in The Orissa Dangerous Drugs Rules, 1965
(2)When granting a pass under Sub-rule (1) the Collector shall give intimation of such pass in Form No. D. D. 4 appended to these rules to the Collector of the district to which the transport is to be made and shall keep in his office a copy of the pass granted.
