Section 35 in West Bengal Societies Registration Rules, 1963
35. Every member shall be allowed to introduce visitors subject to such regulations or bye-laws as shall be made from time to time by the committee, and every visitor shall he the guest of and be accompanied by the member introducing him, both of whom shall sign the visitors book immediately on entering the club premises.
