(1)The State Government may, by notification establish a Gram Sabha by name for every area declared as Gram Sabha area under section 3.(2)Every person who is entered as voter on the electoral roll prepared by the State Election Commission and for the time being in force pertaining to the area of a Gram Sabha, shall be member of the Gram Sabha.
