Section 1 in The Karnataka Regulation of Stone Crushers Act, 2011
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Karnataka Regulation of Stone Crushers Act, 2011.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the Seventh day of September, 2011.
