HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE RITU BAHRI
Present: Mr. S.K. Sharma, Advocate,
for the petitioner.
1. To be referred to the Reporters or not?

Digest?
M.M. KUMAR, J.
1. The instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution is directed against order dated 23.2.2010, passed by the Central Administra- tive Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh (for brevity, 'the Tribunal') in O.A. No. 431/PB/2008 (P-24).
2. In para 6 of the order, the Tribunal has found a clear admission made by the petitioner with regard to false claim of Leave Travel Conces- sion (LTC) made by him and has also recorded his request that his case may be considered sympathetically. From the admission of the aforesaid fact, the Tribunal proceeded to record that a false LTC claim was made by the petitioner although he made a representation on the same day by stating that CWP No. 16389-CAT of 2010 2 his case may be treated as 'no claim'. There was no room left for the Tribu- nal to record any other view.
3. Having heard learned counsel we are of the considered view that no interference of this Court would be warranted in the findings re- corded by the Tribunal. Dismissed.
