Section 3(1) in The Sugar Export Promotion Act, 1958
(1)For the purposes of this Act, the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify as an export agency any company within the meaning of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956 ), or any body of persons established or recognised as a body corporate by or under any other law for the time being in force.
