Section 66(1) in Rajasthan State Highways Act, 2014
(1)Without prejudice to the other provisions of this Act, the Authority shall, in the discharge of its functions and duties under this Act, be bound by such directions on questions of policy as the State Government may give to it in writing from time to time.
