Section 5(12) in The Rajasthan Legal Aid Rules, 1984

(12)The Chairman of the Committee shall have power lo incur expenditure for providing legal aid out of the funds placed at the disposal of the Committee by the Rajasthan Legal Aid Board or the State Government or receive through voluntary contributions or donations or through funds raised by it.
