Section 42(1) in The Karnataka State Rural Development and Panchayat Raj University Act, 2016
(1)All research and innovation activities of the University shall be conducted, under the control of the Vice Chancellor, by the officers or teachers or researchers, in accordance with the norms prescribed by the regulations under the Centre of Research and Innovation.
