Nagpur ORDER This is regarding 2nd appeal dated 15.06.2012 filed by Shri Devanand against Western Coalfields Ltd., Nagpur, relating to his RTIapplication dated 07.01.2012.
2. Pursuant to the Commission's notice dated 11.01.2013, the matter is scheduled for hearing on 13.02.2013. In response to the above notice, the CPIO has forwarded a copy of letter dated 14.12.2012 written by the appellant Shri Devanand wherein he has stated that he had already received all the requisite information relating to his RTIapplication dated 07.01.2012 and therefore, his appeal petition be treated as withdrawn.
3.
