1. The prayer in this writ petition is for a writ of quo warranto challenging the appointment of Dr. Nitiz Murdia as an Embryologist Expert Member of the National Assisted Reproductive Technology and Surrogacy Board.
2. Ms. Dwivedi, learned CGSC submits, on instructions, that the term of Dr. Murdia has come to an end on 4 August 2025.
3. There can be no question of any writ of quo warranto once the person has relinquished office.
