Section 73(1) in Maharashtra Co-operative Societies (Election to Committee) Rules, 2014
(1)The packets referred to in rule 72 shall be retained for a period of six months and shall thereafter be destroyed, subject to any direction to the contrary given by the SCEA or the Court.
