(4)Where the manufactory is to be worked at hours other than the ordinary working hours, the licensee may do so only on obtaining permission from the Commissioner. Provided that if the total extra hours to be sanctioned on any day is more than the normal working hours i.e. 8 hours, it shall be sanction with the prior approval of the Government.
