Section 7(1) in The U.P. Water Management And Regulatory Commission Act, 2008
(1)The Chairperson or a Member shall hold office for a term of five years from the date he enters upon his office :Provided that, the Chairperson or a Member may be re-appointed but not for more than two consecutive terms :Provided further that the Chairperson or a Member shall not hold office after he has attained the age of seventy years.
