Section 4(1) in THE TELANGANA STATE BUILDING PERMISSION APPROVAL AND SELF CERTIFICATION SYSTEM (TS-bPASS) ACT, 2020
(1)The Government may, by notification, constitute a State Committee known as the “State TS-bPASS Committee”, which shall consist of Principal Secretary / Secretary MA&UD as the Chairman and the Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration as the Member-Convener with HODs of the relevant departments as other members for such term as may be specified in the notification.
