5. Co-operative which may be registered.
(1)A proposed co-operative which inter- alia, has its objects as the promotion of or serving the social. economic and overall interests of its members or of public through self-help and mutual aid in accordance with e internationally recognized principles of cooperation, in force from time to time incorporated under Section 6 may be registered under this Act.
