(3)Registry Function under REC and PAT and similar other scheme as directed by the Commission includes:(i)Information dissemination.(j)Any other functions assigned to the RLDCs or NLDC under the Act and/or National Load Despatch Centre Rules, 2005 ('NLDC Rules') or the regulations and orders issued by the Commission from time to time;
