Section 80(1) in The M.P. Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1972
(1)No unnecessary combustible material shall be allowed within the enclosure, and as far as possible all necessary combustible material, film and other like materials when not in use, shall be kept, in fire-proof receptacles suitable for the purpose.
