The petitioner who was serving the State of Haryana as an Aganwari Worker fought and won the election held for the post of Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat, village Kalyanpur Antari, Block Sadhaura, District Yamuna Nagar and since now the petitioner was holding two posts, one of Aganwari Worker and other of Sarpanch, through show cause notice dated 21.04.2016 (Annexure P-1), she was asked to submit in writing as to on which of the two posts, she would wanted to continue. Without filing a reply to the afore-referred show cause notice, the petitioner has rushed to this Court through the present petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted one week's time to file a reply to the afore-referred show cause notice dated 21.04.2016 (Annexure P-1) and, if any reply to the show cause notice, the permission for which has been sought and got is filed by the petitioner, the 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 28-05-2016 00:00:50 ::: CWP No.10145 of 2016 -2- same is directed to be disposed of by respondent No.4 by passing a speaking order thereupon and after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, expeditiously but not later than one month from the date of receipt of such reply.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
