Pursuant to order dated 21.10.2022, respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have come present in Court. Respondent No.2, Smt. Dharma Dai, states that she is unable to engage lawyer and as such, she may be provided legal aid counsel.
In view of the above, Ms. Meera Devi, Advocate is appointed as legal aid counsel on behalf of respondent No.2.
Registry is directed to make available complete paper book to above named legal aid counsel, enabling her to render proper assistance to this Court on the next date of hearing. Needless to say, legal aid counsel appointed by this Court shall be entitled to fee as per the schedule.
Respondent No.3, Tulsi Ram, Investigating Officer, states that he shall be represented by Mr. Sudhir Bhatnagar, learned Additional Advocate General. Accordingly, Mr. Sudhir Bhatnagar, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives notice on behalf of respondent No.3.
Learned counsel representing the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 pray for and are granted two weeks' time to file reply.
Though, reply on behalf of respondent No.1, is stated to have been filed, but the same is not on record. Registry to trace and place the same on record, if in order. Since copy of the reply stands ::: Downloaded on - 18/11/2022 20:33:55 :::CIS received by learned counsel for the petitioners, he may file rejoinder .
to the same within a period of two weeks.
