(1)As soon as may be after the contribution has been made by any contributing institution under section 4, the Board shall issue to such contributing institution a contribution certificate or contribution certificates in such form and containing such particulars as may be prescribed.(2)Where the whole or any part of the contribution has been refunded to any institution under sub-section (5) of section 4, that institution shall, as soon as may be after the refund has been made, forward the contribution certificate or certificates to the Board for cancellation or amendment, as the case may be, and the Board shall cancel or amend the certificate or certificates accordingly.
