(3)Subject to the provisions of section seventeen of, and the Third Schedule to, th; Act, the enactments specified in Part II of the Fourth Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed o the extent specified in the third column of that Part :Provided that the British Nationality and Status of Aliens Acts, 1914 to 1943, so far as they extend to Newfoundland and Sourthern Rhodesia, shall continue in force in each of those countries until provision to the contrary is made by the Legislature thereof.
