222. Other authority under Section 147(4).
- The other authority to whom the Insurer is required to notify under sub-section (4) of Section 147, shall be the Registering Authority in whose jurisdiction the owner of the vehicle to which cover note relates, has the residence or place of business where the vehicle is normally kept.
