(1)Nothing contained in this Act shall affect or shall be deemed to affect in any way the operation of the Karnataka Debt Relief Act, 1976 (Karnataka Act 25 of 1976).(2)Nothing contained in this Act shall affect any rights or privileges which a debtor is entitled to under any other law, contract, custom, or usage if such rights or privileges are more favourable to him than those to which he would be entitled to under this Act.(3)Save as otherwise provided under sebu-sections(1) and (2) the provisions of this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any law for the time being in force.
