Section 416(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 2007
(1)If in respect of any expenses referred to in section 407, any dispute arises, the Chief Municipal Executive Officer/ Municipal Executive Officer shall refer such dispute to the Civil Court having jurisdiction for determination.
