## Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the controversy involved in the present matter has been 3 covered and decided by coordinate bench of this Court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur in Meera Shiksha Samiti, Sangariya vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.9409/2014 dated 17.10.2016. In view of above, the writ petition is allowed and the impugned order dated 26.9.2014 passed by the Dy. Secretary (Admn.), Higher Education (Group-III) Department is quashed and set aside and the direction in the judgement aforesaid shall mutatis mutandis apply to the present case too.
