Pr This is first application filed by the applicant-accused under a hy Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.1235/2017 registered at Police ad Station Kotwali, District Katni, for the offence punishable under M Sections 294 & 353 of the IPC.
Looking to the allegations made against the applicant, in view of of this Court he is entitled to get benefit of anticipatory bail hence, the rt application is allowed. It is directed that in the event of arrest or ou surrender of applicant Mukesh Kumar Parwani before the Arresting Authority/ Investigating Officer in relation to aforementioned Crime C number, within a period of 15 days from today, he shall be enlarged on h anticipatory bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ig Rs.25,000/-[Rs. Twenty five thousand only] with one solvent surety H in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Authority/Investigating Officer.
The appellant/accused is directed to join the investigation immediately and fully co-operate with the investigation. He shall further abide by the other conditions enumerated in subsection (2) of Section 438 of Cr.P.C.
