Section 9 in The State Pharmacy Council Rules, 1951

On receipt of official notice of the election of a member, the President shall inform the State Government of the same for publication in the Government Gazette of the State. The notification of the election of member shall be read by the President and he shall then be introduced to the meeting by some member of the Council. The above procedure shall be adopted also in the case of nominated members.
