Section 41(1) in The Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Assam Rules, 1991
(1)In the month of August each year and not later than the fifteenth of the month an estimate of the receipt and of the expenditure of the Board for the ensuring year commencing on the 1st April next and the revised estimates of receipt and expenditure of the Board for the current year shall be prepared by the Member-Secretary in Form No. F. (XI, XII, XIII, XIV) and laid before the Board.
