(2)The Syndicate may remove any person from membership of any authority or body of the University on the ground that such person has been convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude and any such person shall be intelligible for membership in any of the authorities in future:Provided that no order for removal shall be passed against any person without giving him an opportunity of being heard.
