The person to whom or whose favour written permission as aforesaid is issued shall produce or arrange to produce the same for inspection of demand by any Police Officer not below the rank of an A.S.I. of Police or any Magistrate.Form 'A'Form of ApplicationToDistrict Magistrate/Sub-divisional Officer/Executive Officer of Municipality or Notified Area Council, [Tahsildar] [Substituted vide Orissa Gazette Part-III of 1967-Notification No. 26467-P./27.9.1967.]
