Section 16(1) in Assam Venture Madrassa Educational Institutions (Provincialisation of Services) Act, 2011
(1)The State Government may delegate all its powers, except the powers conferred under sections 15 and 17 of the Act to the Director/Deputy Director of Madrassa Education.
