Section 210(3) in The Punjab Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(3)An order permitting the establishment of a stand, unless revoked under sub-rule (1), shall remain in force for a period of three years or such lesser period as may be specified in the order and such order may be renewed from time to time by the District Magistrate for a further period of not more than three years.
